I’ve had a lot of ups and downs and a few setbacks, so here’s a couple of rules so you don’t get trapped. Rule number 1 remember God doesn’t need you, he’s God but he never has a prob using people. Jesus Matthew 23 Pharisees on Moses seat, God is using them but they’re not with him in eternity Number 2 listen preaching isn’t everything, there’s more to being a pastor than weekly sermons that you’ll bring. Don’t get me wrong man the Word is essential, but there’s some other work to do and you could be neglectful. And that’s a trap Hook Hey minister Satan he is on the attack and he’s sinister he knows where your weakness is at Stay replenished bruh, so when it is time to react You just follow these simple rules and you won’t get trapped Rule #3 You gotta steward your humility, it’s cool when a pastor can show vulnerability. But be aware when you model and you teach this that some among your flock see humility as weakness Rule #4 Stay away from the culture wars people are the mission not the enemy some take it for.
